Recertification & Mid-certification Public Benefits

District residents who received a notice to complete the recertification or mid-certification process for food and cash benefits are encouraged to do so as soon as possible.

How To Recertify Public Benefits

    Return your completed and signed mid-certification or recertification form along with any verification documents through the mail. You can access the forms here.
