CSBG is a funding stream administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Administration for Children and Families, and the Office of Community Services. DHS is the designated state lead agency for the purposes of carrying out the District’s CSBG Activities and ensuring program compliance, pursuant to the CSBG Act (42 U.S.C.§ 9901 et seq.)
