Housing Programs
Rapid Rehousing for Individuals
Rapid Re-Housing for Individuals (RRH-I) is a short-term subsidy program that assists individuals experiencing homelessness with stabilizing in housing, providing case management to support individual’s goals, and working with individuals to identify and successfully exit the program to affordable permanent housing.
Transitional housing programs are supportive housing programs that are temporary but designed to be an intermediate step between emergency shelter and permanent housing.
Bridge Housing provides adults experiencing homelessness with semi-private rooms and individualized case management to support more effective connections to permanent housing.
Targeted Affordable Housing (TAH) provides a permanent rental subsidy with case management to individuals and families who need assistance obtaining and affording housing – often due to their age or a disabling condition.
Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is an evidence-based intervention that combines housing assistance through a permanent rental subsidy with voluntary supportive services to address the needs of chronically homeless individuals or families.
