Why This Change Is Happening?
DHS is improving how service teams are organized to make operations more efficient and enhance customer service. Moving teams into one location will allow staff to work closely together, respond more quickly, and better serve District residents.
What This Means for You?
Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible. All services you currently receive will remain available—just at updated locations or through online options.
