The Virginia Williams Family Resource Center (VWFRC) will relocate to 64 New York Avenue NE on December 23, 2024.

The District is committed to protecting residents experiencing homelessness from hypothermia and other extreme cold weather injuries.

Potentially impacted customers should file a police report and contact DHS’ Office of Program Review, Monitoring, and Investigation
