The Metropolitan Police Department captured video footage of numerous individuals who were driving illegal minibikes, dirt bikes and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) in multiple locations throughout the District of Columbia. The MPD is seeking the public's assistance in identifying these persons of interest.
