Relisha Rudd was last seen one year ago on March 1, 2014.  To mark the anniversary of Relisha's disappearance, Mayor Muriel Bowser and other officials will provide an update on the Rudd investigation and discuss the recommendations from the previous Administration's review of the District’s procedures and programming.
