The District is committed to providing resources and services for individuals experiencing homelessness. These include:
- Day centers, which offers day services to individuals experiencing homelessness
- Extreme weather alerts, which provide services to protect residents experiencing homelessness from hypothermia and other extreme weather injuries.
- Low-barrier shelter
- Outreach services which engages individuals who are living on the streets and are experiencing homelessness
- Shelter hotline
