The Family Re-Housing Stabilization Program (FRSP), also commonly known as Rapid Re-Housing (RRH), offers time-limited rental assistance (up to 12 months) and supportive case management to help families move from shelter to housing. The purpose of FRSP is to serve as a bridge between emergency family shelter and long-term housing stability by helping families transition into private rental housing while receiving support to build income and stability.
Through the program, families receive:
- First month’s rent and security deposit;
- A basic furniture package and moving assistance; and
- Rental assistance and case management during the time they are in the program (up to 12 months).
Families are assessed by an approved referring provider to determine whether FRSP is the most appropriate resource based on the overall needs of the family.
