The DC Department of Human Services will be undergoing DC-Link/Healthlink system changes starting September 16, 2019. The changes to the DC Link/Healthlink system will upgrade the existing computer platform and customers may experience temporary increases in case processing time while our eligibility workers get accustomed to the new screens and layout.
In the event of a service outage
While the system is/has been undergoing extensive development and testing in an attempt to minimize any service disruption, in the event of a service outage, DHS will notify all residents in person at service centers, and through robo-calls, social media, and the DHS website.
