The TANF Caseload Reduction Report includes the calculation of additional caseload reduction credit on the basis of excess Maintenance of Effort expenditures in FY11. The expenditures reflect that which was reported by the District of Columbia on the ACF 196 for FY2011. The report is being made available for public comment sand will be amended, if necessary.
