Community Services Block Grant

 

 

The Community Services Block Grant is a program-funded network of community-based agencies that provides services for low-income residents to help reduce poverty. The network offers employment training, GED programs, housing and rehabilitation, nutrition for pre-scholars and seniors, health education, counseling for substance abuse, and case management.
